Prior to the release, we provide our customers a period of time – a preview period - where your teams can get a sneak peek and test the new release features in a sandbox environment, known as a Customer Preview tenancy. The preview period for this release will begin on September 6, 2021 and run until the release date of October 17, 2021. We encourage all customers to take advantage of this preview process to ensure that your organization is fully prepared for the new release, aware of the benefits of the new release enhancements and feel confident that all existing applications perform as expected.
